Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Nikita’s Compliance Consulting (“NCC”) maintains information handling practices designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and appropriate use of information obtained through its website, communications, and professional compliance consulting services. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, disclosed, safeguarded, and retained when individuals, organizations, agencies, or contractors interact with NCC or engage NCC under commercial, public-sector, or government procurement arrangements.
NCC may collect information voluntarily provided by clients, agencies, prime contractors, subcontractors, or authorized representatives, including names, titles, organizational affiliations, business contact information, billing and payment information, and information related to regulatory compliance, audit readiness, inspection response, enforcement activity, procurement inquiries, or operational oversight. Information provided in connection with NCC engagements may include confidential, audit-sensitive, enforcement-related, procurement-related, or operationally critical business or organizational information necessary to perform compliance consulting, documentation review, inspection readiness support, corrective action oversight, governance advisory services, or program management functions.
NCC may also collect limited non-personal technical information automatically when users access the website, including browser type, device information, IP address, and pages accessed. Such information is used solely for purposes related to system security, operational integrity, and website performance monitoring and is not used for marketing, profiling, or individual identification.
Information collected by NCC is used only for legitimate business purposes directly related to the performance of professional services, including responding to inquiries, evaluating scope alignment, determining engagement eligibility, delivering contracted services, preparing reports and documentation, coordinating communications, processing payments through secure third-party providers, maintaining internal records, and complying with applicable contractual, statutory, regulatory, or oversight requirements.
NCC does not sell, lease, rent, or trade personal or organizational information. Information may be disclosed only when necessary to perform contracted services, process payments, comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful government requests, satisfy procurement or audit requirements, enforce contractual rights, or protect the rights, safety, or property of NCC, its clients, or others.
Where NCC is engaged under a written agreement, including engagement letters, master service agreements, task orders, subcontracts, or government procurement instruments, the confidentiality, data handling, and information protection provisions of such agreements shall govern and supersede this Privacy Policy to the extent of any inconsistency. NCC acknowledges that certain information may be subject to additional federal, state, or agency-specific requirements related to audit, inspection, enforcement, records retention, or public disclosure, and such requirements will be addressed through applicable contract terms.
NCC implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of its services and the sensitivity of information handled. Access to information is restricted to authorized personnel or contractors with a demonstrated need to know in order to perform services within the scope of an engagement. While no system can guarantee absolute security, NCC maintains controls consistent with generally accepted practices applicable to professional services supporting regulated and government environments.
Information is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, satisfy legal or regulatory requirements, support audit or dispute resolution activities, and enforce agreements, after which information is disposed of in accordance with NCC’s internal retention and disposal practices.
NCC’s website or communications may reference or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors or scheduling services. NCC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external systems and does not control how third parties collect or use information.
NCC does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen. Any such information inadvertently collected will be deleted upon identification.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in NCC’s practices, services, or applicable requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
