Current Roles

  • Supports internal coordination, scheduling, inbox management, document organization, and operational communication.

    Ideal candidates demonstrate precision, responsiveness, and discretion when working across both internal and client-facing tasks.

    Key areas of contribution:

    • Calendar & inbox management

    • Document preparation and organization

    • Intake coordination and follow-through

    • Vendor, contractor, and client scheduling

    • Operational consistency and reliability

    Selected candidates may start with part-time or project-based work depending on capacity.

  • Supports documentation management, internal audits, gap mapping, corrective action programs, and inspection-readiness preparation.

    Strong candidates demonstrate structured writing, regulatory awareness, and high accountability.

    Core responsibilities:

    • Organize and maintain regulatory documentation

    • Conduct internal readiness reviews and gap identification

    • Draft corrective action recommendations

    • Prepare evidence packages for inspection readiness

    • Support PMs in multi-site client engagements

    Status: Applications retained and evaluated as engagements expand.

    Candidates may be contacted for a sample task or project-based evaluation.

  • Oversees delivery across multi-site client engagements, maintains project timelines, coordinates deliverables, and supports client communication.

    Project Managers ensure quality execution and maintain readiness momentum for clients.

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Manage engagement timelines, tasks, and deliverables

    • Coordinate analysts and field contractors

    • Facilitate client communication and expectations

    • Track corrective action progress and documentation

    • Protect client commitments while mitigating bottlenecks

    Status: Evaluated as client onboarding increases.

    May begin as contract-to-hire depending on mutual fit.

  • Conducts on-site pre-inspection walkthroughs, readiness verifications, corrective action tracking, and documentation collection.

    Regional inspectors enable scalable coverage without fixed overhead.

    Scope of work:

    • Perform site readiness reviews prior to inspections

    • Document compliance risks and operational gaps

    • Capture evidence and update corrective action logs

    • Support multi-site clients during surge capacity needs

    Status: Engaged on a project-by-project basis aligned to geography and client timelines.

  • Oversees operational delivery across all client engagements, leading project managers and analysts to maintain execution quality as NCC scales.

    This role enables the Founder to focus on enterprise relationships and strategic growth.

    Leadership responsibilities:

    • Operational oversight of delivery teams

    • Quality assurance across engagements

    • Internal capability building and workflow design

    • Coaching PMs and Analysts for consistency & structure

    Status: Evaluated after multiple multi-site retainers are active.

    Ideal candidates have deep experience in regulatory or operational leadership.

  • Supports outbound prospecting, follow-up cadence, pipeline research, and proposal coordination for enterprise and public-sector clients.

    This role reinforces consistency in outreach once operational capacity stabilizes.

    Key contributions:

    • Identify and pre-qualify prospects

    • Maintain follow-up cadence with decision-makers

    • Coordinate discovery calls and proposal development

    • Track lead progression and handoff to Founder

    Status: Considered once delivery operations are fully supported.
